SVICLOUD makes three current TV boxes: the 15P, the 10P+ and the 10S. They look similar and share a lot of hardware, so the useful question is not which is newest but which one matches how you actually watch. This page compares them from the official spec sheets and tells you what buying from the authorised channel changes.

What actually differs between the 15P and the 10P+
These two are closer than the model numbers suggest. Memory, storage and graphics are identical — 4GB + 64GB and the same ARM Mali-G31 MP2. What changed:
- Processor generation — Cortex-A55 in the 15P against Cortex-A35 in the 10P+.
- Wi-Fi 6 instead of Wi-Fi 5 — the practical difference shows on a congested home network with many devices, rather than on raw speed.
- HDR10+ and HLG in addition to HDR10.
- Bluetooth 5.4 instead of 5.0.
- Android 14 instead of Android 12.
If you already own a 10P+, none of that is a reason to replace a working box. It matters when you are choosing between them new.
Where to buy, and why the channel matters
SVICLOUD boxes are sold through many resellers, and the hardware is not always the problem — the firmware region is. A box prepared for the wrong region is the most common source of after-sales trouble, and it is not something you can see in a listing photo.
Buying here, from the authorised channel, means:
- Correct firmware region, set before the box is dispatched.
- One-year warranty, with no-return replacement — a hardware fault shown by photo or video is replaced without shipping the unit back. How the warranty works.
- Tracked express delivery, typically 3–6 days for TV boxes.
- Support by WhatsApp and email after you have bought, not just before.
There is also a current accessory offer on the 15P.
Setting up and troubleshooting
Setup is the same across the range — connect HDMI and power, join Wi-Fi, pair the remote.
